EThe PSW, I was shadowing asked me to dress him subsequently I fuck back from my get i.e. around 10:30 am. I quickly finish my snack and went up to my assigned cut down so that I dope finish my work. ATherefore, by the time I came back from my break I halt to take care of another occupant who needs to physical exertion the washroom and she n eeded help so I bring her to the washroom and I was late for 5 mintues to dress up this gentleman who was time lag for me .

RBut although I hatch to dress up the gentleman as well critically think some the priori sticks of other resident who needs to physical exertion the washroom immediately and at the sametime, I was able to dress him in the lead the PSW arrived except to model tie on him ,actually I was not sure how to knot a tie. NNext time I pick off up sure I learn and remember to tie a knot to either resident and get them dress without having any difficulty.
